Jodi Swisher Dohl, 58, passed away peacefully into the arms of her savior January 11, 2017 at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy. Born in Lancaster, she is the daughter of Ruth (Barley) Swisher, Mountville, and the late Irvin Swisher Sr.


Jodi was a 1976 graduate of Penn Manor and was employed by Barley Snyder, LLP for over 20 years and was most recently employed at WellSpan Philhaven Behavioral Health.


She was a member of Stehman United Methodist Church. Jodi was a volunteer at Philhaven and Cornwall Manor Retirement Community. There was nothing she enjoyed more than spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered for her love of quilting. Jodi was a talented quilter and she created many beautiful works of art for her family and friends.


In addition to her mother, Ruth, she is survived by her sister Beverly (Henry) Kelley of Sherman, CT, brother Irvin (Linda) Swisher Jr. of Columbia, son Tod (Tasha) Dohl of Mount Joy, grandsons Todjr and Sully Dohl of Mount Joy, many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephew, Great Nephews, and dear friends.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jodi’s Life Celebration at Stehman United Methodist Church, 485 Indian Run Rd., Millersville, PA 17551 on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM with the Pastor Helen Adams officiating.
